Areas of Specialty
Family Relationships
Families are at the core of who we are, like it or not. They form how we see ourselves and the world around us. Families often carry legacies of blessings as well as challenges. In Family Therapy, you and your loved ones can learn to understand one another and how your family impacts each other, with our sites on creating a space where everyone feels better understood and appreciated.
Romantic Relationships
Your relationships are one of the most valuable treasures you will have in your life. Take good care of them by getting a solid foundation. Whether you’re planning on getting married, trying to decide if you want to move in together, or just want to keep making improvements, Carol’s Adventures in Coupling program can offer you tips, tools, and a roadmap to creating a life of love with your special someone.
Food and Body Issues
Together, we can help you find freedom from being consumed with thoughts about food or your body, feeling out-of-control with your eating, doing compulsive or avoidant movements, and being buried under body shame.
